One of the best bakers I know. Great products and very friendly staff. Bratwürscht is best in a dressing gown. I can only recommend. The cakes are also very good and can be pre-ordered as a whole, e.g. for a birthday or any other occasion.

My favorite baker in the east of Erlangen. The double-baked bread is my favorite. The rye rolls are nothing. They taste like cardboard lidded buns and are not recommended. Others can do that better ...

I had ordered a light biscuit cake base. Unfortunately, the cake base was not fresh, almost rock hard and inedible. My rating was responded to and I was offered a replacement for the cake base. So it has to be, thank you very much!
